How subscriptions work

Every device gets a free 14-day trial with all features, starting the first time you open FlickX. You don’t need an account, an email address or payment details for the trial.

Subscribing

After (or during) the trial, open Manage my device, sign in with your MAC address and device key and choose Subscribe. Payment is handled by Stripe. The subscription costs €2/year per device, VAT included, and renews every year.

Your device unlocks automatically within about a minute after the payment is confirmed. There’s nothing to type on the TV.

One licence per device

Each subscription covers one device. Every TV or computer has its own MAC address, device key and trial.

Cancelling

Open your device dashboard and select Manage billing & invoices. You can cancel, change your card and download invoices there. FlickX keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

What the licence includes

FlickX Player is a media player. It doesn't include channels or content. You need your own legal source. The subscription is for the player software only.

Payments are not refunded; see the refund policy. Please use the free trial to check that FlickX works with your provider.
